A: Right now we ship anywhere in the United States. Here's why: all of our printing is done by partners here in the US, so US orders are printed close to you, ship fast, and cost a fair price. International shipping would mean long waits and high costs for you, and we'd rather do one thing well than ship everywhere badly. If you're outside the US, email us at sales@shopdemichele.com and we'll tell you straight whether we can get it to you.
Q: Can you do custom things?
A: Yes — that's the whole point of DeMichele. Custom to suit you: your name, your photo, your car, your words, on shirts, hoodies, mugs, metal signs, blankets, yard cards, and more. Q: How long does my order take?
A: Everything is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. The trade-off works in your favor: instead of a shelf item that's almost what you wanted, your piece is printed after you order it, exactly how you want it. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout, and flat rates start at $4.99. The exact cost depends on what you order and how many print partners it comes from — a shirt and a yard sign, for example, may ship in separate packages. You'll always see the full shipping cost before you pay. No surprises at the door.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: All of them: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. We set it up that way on purpose — nobody should ever find the perfect gift here and then get turned away at checkout because we don't take their money.
Q: What if something is wrong with my order?
A: If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or it's the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. Mistakes happen in any print shop; what matters is who fixes them. We fix ours, free, every time.
Q: Can I return something?
A: Standard (non-personalized) items can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery — contact us first for the return address. Personalized items are different: they're printed with your name, photo, or words, made for one person, so we can't resell them and can't take change-of-mind returns on those. But that never leaves you stuck — any quality problem or mistake on our end is always fixed free, personalized or not.
Q: How do the yard cards and lot signs work?
A: You own them — that's the difference. Rental companies drop letters in your yard, charge by the day, and pick them back up. Ours are printed for you and they're yours to keep, reuse, and lend to the neighbors. Letter sets, birthday and school-pride phrases, bulk yard signs, banners, feather flags, and A-frames, all printed to order. Businesses and schools: ask for a free proof and a firm quote, usually within one business day. We will beat anyone's comparable written price.

Her help is free because she books through her host agency: you pay the same price you'd pay booking it yourself, and she does the work — comparing options, watching the details, and handling the booking.
