Refund policy

DeMichele is a family business in Whitesboro, NY. Almost everything we sell is made to order, just for you.

If we make a mistake, we fix it — free. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item or size compared to what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You never pay return shipping for our mistakes.

Personalized and custom items: Custom items are made for one person and can't be resold, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalized products. If there is any quality problem, or we got your personalization wrong compared to what you approved, the paragraph above applies — we make it right.

Standard (non-personalized) items: You may return unused standard items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the return is due to our error. Refunds go to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Digital products (such as coloring book PDFs): if a file is defective or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
