Welcome to DeMichele (shopdemichele.com), a family business in Whitesboro, New York. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products: Most products are printed or made to order by our production partners after you order. Colors on screen can vary slightly from the finished item.

Personalization: You are responsible for the spelling and accuracy of names, dates, and details you send us, and for approving any proof we send before printing. By sending us a photo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We cannot print artwork that belongs to someone else (brand logos, characters, or team marks) without permission.

Prices and payment: Prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Payment is due at checkout, and orders are produced after payment clears.

Orders: We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be produced, a price was listed in error, or the requested artwork cannot lawfully be printed.

Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
